Follow the instructions to configure the audio and the camera (if present) and check into the waiting room. At the time of the appointment, Dr Wanek will connect. At this time, all parties will be on a secure and HIPAA compliant telemedicine conference. (It will just be an audio call if you don't have video). If you are on a Smartphone, there is really nothing to set up because the camera and the microphone are already configured.
Please note that you cannot use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge for this application as Internet Explorer does not have the level of security required by HIPAA.
